29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c). The employer had not complied with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1)(i):  a) On or about September 6, 2017 at the jobsite list above - employees performing sewer and piping installation were in a trench measuring eight (8) feet two (2) inches to eight (8) feet ten (10) inches in depth; sixteen (16) feet two (2) inches in length; and thirteen (13) feet three (3) inches in width that was not provided with cave in protection.
