29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not required to wear appropriate goggles, to protect them from the rays when noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields were not used: (a) Production Plants - The employees working adjacent to the welding operations were not provided with screens, shields, or required to wear appropriate goggles to protect them from arc flash, on or about September 14, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The poor condition of the outer sheath created a possible electric shock hazard from the aluminum siding of the trailer, on or about September 14, 2017.
