29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: (a) on or about September 11, 2017 at 83-45 Charlecote Ridge, Jamaica, NY 11432 Employees installing plywood on second floor of a residential home without the use fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet from the next lower level.
