29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about September 6, 2017, employees installing a new roof to a single family residential home located at 5925 Folsum Place, McKinney, TX. At least two (2) employees were working from the ground doing various work operations and did not have on a hard hat. The employees were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists.
