29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 319 Lincoln Street, Hingham, MA On or about September 11, 2017 employee were exposed to fall hazards over 9.5 feet through holes in the floor, to the concrete floor below, where fall protection was not used. The Turner Brothers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 777561, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/24/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 199 Foley Street Somerville, MA 02145.
