The Metal Building Interior Products Company - Elyria, Ohio: On or about September 11, 2017, the employer did not ensure that the pinch point of the eight foot Ventrod heat seal machine (s/n V-16373), created as the upper jaw lowered, was guarded to protect employees from struck-by hazards. c.
