29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     On or about September 11, 2017, employees were exposed to corrosive materials, including but not limited to HCI SBC, and the employer did not ensure an emergency eyewash was provided within the immediate work area for use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(vi)    On or September 11, 2017, employees performing cleaning activities were exposed to a corrosive chemical, because the employer did not ensure that the three (3) two-gallon sprayers containing HCL-SBC were marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols or combination thereof providing information on the hazards.
