29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 116 Running Creek Dr., Sinking Springs, PA - Employees were observed performing roof removal on a 8 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 10 feet plus to the ground below, on or about September 8, 2017. No abatement certification or documentation required.
