Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    a- 590 Jackson Road, Sewell NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards (in excess of 9 feet to the ground surface below) when performing roof shingle installation, and other related activities, while working/walking from a pitched roof while not utilizing any form of fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 09/12/17.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
