Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to electrical hazards from energized electrical parts:  (a) C Dairy LLC; On or about September 12, 2017 at the west end of free stall Barn #1, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from an energized 120 volts receptacle that had a damaged junction box.  (b) C Dairy LLC; On or about September 12, 2017 at the west end of free stall Barn #1, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from an energized 120 volts receptacle that was missing a face plate.  (c) C Dairy LLC; On or about September 12, 2017 in the Shop area, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from a 240 volt service panel in which circuit breaker 16 was missing.  (d) C Dairy LLC; On or about September 12, 2017 in the Shop area, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from a 120 volt receptacle that had a knockout opening not covered or closed.  (e) C Dairy LLC; On or about September 12, 2017 in the Shop area, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from energized conductors entering the side of an electrical service panel without abrasion protection.  (f) C Dairy LLC; On or about September 12, 2017 in the Shop area, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from energized conductors to a fan where the wires were spliced outside of an approved junction box.
