29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: Instance (a) In the pour table area of the RMAX Operating, LLC facility where employees were cleaning the area with an unregulated metal tube connected directly to the house air (approximately 102 psi). Instance (b) In the control cabinet area of the RMAX Operating, LLC facility where employees were cleaning themselves with an air gun that had the pressure regulating holes covered with tape and the pressure coming out of the end was approximately 45 psi.
