OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from vehicular traffic:   a. On or about August 23, 2017, at the middle of the intersection, two employees did survey work in an active roadway intersection with no warning signs, warning devices, or barricades to alert or divert vehicles that were traveling towards them from four directions and exposes the employees to struck by hazards from moving vehicles.
