29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21): Each employee shall use at least one hand to grasp the ladder when progressing up and/or down the ladder. Platinum Mechanical, Inc. project site located at the Lakeland Union High School, Minocqua, WI: On September 7, 2017, an employee was exposed to falls while climbing an extension ladder while carrying a large sheet metal duct, which prevented him from maintaining three points of contact with the ladder at all times.
