29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): The fall protection plan shall be prepared by a qualified person and developed specifically for the site where the leading edge work, precast concrete work, or residential construction work is being performed and the plan must be maintained up to date. (a) The employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when conducting framing carpentry work on a residential building. Knoelke Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 892445, citation number 02, item number 001B and was affirmed as a final order on April 17, 2013, with respect to a workplace location at 1426 Deer Path, Waukesha, WI 53186.
