29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below:  A.) On or about September 14, 2017 at 81-46 243rd Street, Bellerose, NY 11426  A tubular welded scaffold erected approximately twelve (12) feet above the lower level used by employees to install bricks to the exterior of a residential home was observed missing a toeboard exposing employees standing directly below to struck-by hazards.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
