Site - The employer did not instruct each employee in the necessary recognition and avoidance of unsafe working conditions, in that they allowed employees to continue work on a sloped roof after the failure of a hydraulic line on a JLG 860SJ aerial lift, which released fluid onto the working surface, and resulted in the serious injury of two employees who subsequently slipped on the fluid and fell from the roof.
