Observed on or about 23 AUG 2017. Ideal Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1010229 citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 17 JUNE 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1418 Oakmont Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
