(b) Cedar Crest Construction, LLC at 2915 Whisper Trail, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On and prior to September 14, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure employees performing residential construction were protected from fall hazards in that employees performing work on the second story of the paired home were exposed to fall hazards in that wall openings were not appropriately guarded, exposing employees to a fall height of approximately 10 feet. (c) Cedar Crest Construction, LLC at 2915 Whisper Trail, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On and prior to September 14, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure employees performing residential construction were protected from fall hazards in that employees performing work on the second story of the paired home were exposed to fall hazards in that no guardrail was installed on the second story landing to the east of the stairway. This condition exposed employees to a fall height of approximately 9 feet.
