29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not provide programs that provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a)Joshua, Inc. at 2915 Whisper Trail, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On and prior to September 14, 2017, the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment to include regular inspections of the job-site, materials, and equipment; conducted by a competent person. Subcontractor employees were permitted to work in areas where there were fall hazards.
