29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept clear from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about September 13, 2017 the employer did not ensure that scrap lumber, scrap lumber with protruding nails, and other debris were kept clear from the work area. This condition exposed employees to impalement and tripping hazards.
