29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems: (a)Hanson Construction, LLC at 2211 North Minnesota Street, Mitchell SD, 57301: On and prior to September 15, 2017, the controlling employer did not ensure that employees and subcontractor employees engaged in final deck attachment on the roof of a systems engineered building were protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed the employees and subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet on the north edge.

29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761: (a)Hanson Construction, LLC., at 2211 North Minnesota Street, Mitchell SD, 57301: On and prior to September 15, 2017 the controlling employer did not ensure employees and subcontractor employees engaged in final deck attachment on the roof of a systems engineered building were provided fall protection training. This condition exposed the employees and subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet.
