LOCATION: Worksite located at Concrete Systems Inc. 15 Independence Drive Londonderry, NH: Welding shop, tack welding rebar cage:  Employees who are tasked with tac welding rebar cages for the concrete casting are offered the use of half face respirators with no medical clearance provided or training on the respirator. 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section:    Location: Worksite located at Concrete Systems Inc. 15 Independence Drive Londonderry, NH: gasket/packaging production line, where adhesives are applied to concrete pieces:    On or about September 19, 2017 the employer did not ensure that containers used for brushes were labeled or tagged with the identity of the chemical within, Toluene.  Employees used the Toluene in a bucket and soaked brushes in the toluene for later use that day or the next day with non markings indicating the identity of the contents.
