29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Ruben Cano at 4590 King St. Denver, CO 80211: On or before 9/19/2017 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees were re-roofing a single story home, with a roof pitch of 6-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet.
