29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Leonardo Acosta at 3500 W 46th Ave. Denver, CO 80211: On or before 9/19/17, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that employees were working at approximately 10 feet above ground level without the use of a fall protection system. Employees were sheathing and shingling the 3-in-12 pitch roof of a single story home. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet.
