1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) This violation occurred in the main walkway behind primary sort one where employees walking were exposed to a slip-and-fall hazard from the accumulation of water in a puddle approximately ten feet by five feet directly in the middle of the walkway.
