29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures.    On or about August 11, 2017 at 4130 Oxcliffe Grove, Suwanee, GA 30024:    a) Employees were exposed to trip hazards when they walked in the rigging area and walked to the house to frame the house. They walked through and around stacks of OSB sheets, loose lumber, discarded band strap, wood scraps, and trash.

The employer did not ensure that an employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately from 30' when no fall protection was used.     b) Employer did not ensure that fall protection was provided to employees framing at the edge of the second floor of a residence, while employees installed OSB on the edge of the residence exposing them to falls from up to 10' and 9'' to the dirt below.    c) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 ' when they used the ladder to access the second floor. There were no guardrails or other fall protection in this area of the second floor.
