In the customer pick-up bay area, beams supporting the structure were broken and damaged compromising the integrity of the structure when struck with the powered industrial trucks operated by the drivers. b. In the warehouse entrance area, the front concrete walls were damaged with sections missing when struck with the powered industrial trucks operated by the drivers.
