29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about September 20, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet. The employees were performing roofing activities on a commercial building located at 1093 Medina Road, Medina, Ohio 44256. The employees were working on the perimeter of the roof without using any form of fall protection. The Golden Rule Roofing Co., LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1181246 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/8/2016, with respect to a workplace located in Seven Hills, Ohio 44131.
