29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained in a safe condition: Sterile Processing Department (SPD): On or about 9/20/17, employees were exposed to a slip/trip/fall hazard while maneuvering large, heavy, surgical carts, due to the tile floor which in various places was wet, sloped, uneven, missing tiles, and had jagged edges.
