29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 7391 W. Grant Ranch Blvd, Lakewood CO 80123: On or about August 25, 2017, Peak to Peak Roofing Exteriors, LLC, as controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of the subcontractor, J's Morenos Home Improvement, who were required to engage in roofing operations on a residential roof, were protected from exposure to fall hazards greater than 6 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
