29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: C & C Associates Construction Site: On or about September 21, 2017, two employees were observed working on the roof without utilizing the fall protection equipment they were wearing; employees did not connect the harness to the lifelines. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of more than 6-feet to the ground below.
