29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets. For the employees installing the metal roof on or about September 21, 2017 and times prior there to, the employer did not provide fall protection for employees working at heights of greater than 6 feet. This exposes employees to the hazard of falling.
