29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Location 401 9th Ave. New York, NY On or about 9/21/2017 a) Two employees installing electrical conduits using a JLG aerial lift were thrown from the basket while the lift was descending due to failing to be trained to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize those hazards.
