29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Aisling Way, Marlton, NJ: On or about September 25, 2017, three J Braga Construction Inc. employees were installing roof trusses on a two story single family residential structure. The employees were using the second story wall top plates as the walking/working surface. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
