29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: (a) 1149 Main St E, WI, new construction site of Cobblestone Hotel & Suites; The stairway leading from the first level to the top level was not equipped with a handrail. Stary Construction LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(I), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1043959 citation 1 item number 2/b and affirmed as final order on April 14, 2015 with respect to a work place located at 2455 Sawgrass Place, Altoona, WI 54720.
