Main street, Sparta NJ An employee was performing bricklaying activities from a pallet that laid on the forks of the all terrain forklift truck to reach elevated levels, there-by being exposed to an fall hazard of approximately 15ft from the supported scaffold platform to the ground below, on or about 09/25/2017.
