29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) U.S. Postal Service - On or about September 25, 2017, employees were exposed to lead paint chip debris accumulations on the floor of the boiler room, exposing employees to heath related illnesses from lead. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
