Recommended Abatement Action:    1.  Follow Owner manual recommendation for the XJ450 work over rig, section I, part 2 mast assembly, paragraph 2.5 for:       a)  Guy Lines       b)  Guy anchor installation  2.  Follow American Petroleum Institute (API) Recommended Practice (RP) 54, third edition, 2013, Occupational Safety for Oil and Gas Well Drilling and Servicing Operations Section 92. Derrick and Masts, 9.2.10, Prior to imposing any load on a derrick or mast, all required load guy lines shall be properly tensioned.
