29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  (a) Woolf Steel - Production Floor West wall near offices - Employees were exposed to a shock hazard from the shop light being powered by an extension cord exposed to damage while lying on the floor behind a machine, on or about October 27, 2017.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
