If an emergency such as a fire or chemical spill occurred in this area, these three exit routes could be rendered unusable.  The employer has not provided an exit route at the north end of the facility.     Violation occurred on or about 02/01/2018

The employer however allowed  the employees to transfer these flammable liquids without bonding and grounding the drum and the receiving container.     Violation occurred on or about 08/30/2017
