29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iii): When midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent structural members are used, they were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform. (a) 100 Fry Drive, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania - An employee worked in a scissor lift helping to install a data cabinet. The employer did not ensure that the mid rails at the entry points were used, on or about September 27, 2017. No abatement certification or documentation required.
