Wells St. Chicago, IL 60606 - On September 27, 2017, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals,  Sure Klean 600 (hydrogen chloride) and silica, in the work place.     No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

Wells St., Chicago, IL 60606 - On September 27, 2017, Bral Restoration, LLC did not ensure that a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each hazardous chemical that employees were exposed to was available in the workplace. An employee was exposed to hydrogen chloride when using Sure Kleen 600 to clean terra cotta on high rise building and silica when removing terra cotta. The employer did not have a SDS for silica and the Sure Klean 600 being used at the worksite.     No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
