29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) On or about September 28, 2017 - an grinder operator was exposed to continuous noise levels at 129.5% of the allowable 8-hr time-weighted average level (TWA) or an equivalent level of approximately 91.8dBA. The sampling was conducted for 446 minutes during one shift on September 29, 2017. Zero exposure is assumed for the unsampled time of 34 minutes.

A grinder operator was exposed to continuous noise levels at 129.5% of the allowable 8-hr time-weighted average level (TWA) or an equivalent level of approximately 91.8dBA.
