29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Rabacon de Nester area: Employer is exposing employees to electrical hazards. The employees are permitted to use fixed machines powered by extension cords (flexible cord sets). On and about 10/03/2017 employees operated Rabacon de Nester Machines which were powered by clearly identified flexible cord sets exposing employees to electrical hazards.
