29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.   The employer has not certified to OSHA that Citation 1, Item 1, contained in Inspection # 1267991 has been abated.  The abatement was required to be completed by 12/11/2017.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift.  Employees engaged in scaffolding assembly activities were exposed to fall hazards in that the operator of the telescopic boom lift was not using a body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  Employees engaged in plastering activities were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not provide a training program that enabled each employee to recognize the potential exposure to falls.
