OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to a roll-over hazard: a) 14th fairway, Steelwood Country Club; On or about October 2, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer permitted employees to operate a Toro Groundsmaster 3500 ride-on mower on inclines greater than 25 degrees exposing them to roll-over hazards.
