Where wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided.      a) Sump Pump Room, on October 4, 2017, and at times prior, standing water covered a large area of the workroom, and the employer did not provide any means for employees to avoid contact with the standing water.  Employees were exposed to a slip/fall hazard.
