29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a) On or about 10/05/2017 in the foam cutting area; where the flexible metal conduit for the pedestal mounted control panel on the horizontal foam cutting band saw (TTARP) had pulled away from the control panel and the main power panel resulting in abrasion of the electrical supply conductors. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
