29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(5)(i): The employer did not affix signs or labels so that employees would be notified of what materials contain ACM and/or PACM to materials that were previously identified to be ACM and/or PACM.  Location: Various crawl spaces such as but not limited to  99 Beaumont Circle, 2 Roxbury and employee workshop.  a)  Employees  enter the above crawl spaces and the workshop where ACM and or PACM are present. The employer did not affix signs or labels stating that Asbestos Containing Material (ACM)and/or Presumed Asbestos Containing Material (PACM ) are present.  Abatement Note:  Danger Contains Asbestos Fibers May Cause Cancer May Cause Damage to Lungs Do Not Breathe Dust Avoid Creating Dust.
