Swendseid 1-9H: On or about October 3, 2017, and at time prior, employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals while performing tasks involving adding Santeen Drain Opener, with a pH of less than 1, to the system without the employer ensuring that employees are wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
